In order for Panacea's online functions to work correctly you need to configure Internet Explorer to trust Panacea's web addresses. Please follow these steps carefully:

If none of the above options worked then it is suggested that you seek assistance from an experienced computer technician.
The following steps assume that you have the Internet Options window open.
Close the Internet Options window by clicking Apply then OK. You should then close all Internet Explorer windows. Now restart Panacea and go to Tools - Updates and see if everything is working now.
